THIS IS FOR YOU

This may be for you if:

  • You’re 25–45 and have never had your heart looked at

  • You’re healthy, but want clarity

  • You’ve had symptoms that didn’t feel fully explained

  • You’ve thought about this—but haven’t acted

  • You don’t want to overreact, but don’t want to ignore it

What screening looks like:

Cardiac Rhythm Screening (ECG) — Records the electrical activity of your heart. Non-invasive, 10-15 minutes, you leave with your own copy.

Vascular Health Ultrasound (CIMT) — Ultrasound imaging of the carotid arteries to assess early arterial change. Non-invasive, 10-15 minutes, gel on the neck.

Personal Heart Health Profile — A structured intake capturing your symptoms, history, and risk factors.

Testimonials

Women who attended StrongHER Hearts events shared these reflections.

Today, StrongHER Hearts continues this mission through community education, cardiovascular screening, and advocacy for women’s heart health.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death among women, yet many women struggle to have their symptoms recognized or investigated early.

Many are told they are “too young.” Others are told their symptoms are stress, anxiety, heartburn, or “it’s all just in your head.”

Research shows women often experience different symptoms and may receive less aggressive investigation than men.

StrongHER Hearts exists to help change that experience.
